Katrina Hall joins Context as General Manager (GM) of Customer Experience (CX) and Operations, a new position for the practice.
“Katrina will ensure we deliver on our brand promise of Tomorrow’s Calling by providing relevant and meaningful experiences for our clients, with a strong focus on enhancing their customers’ experiences along the way,” explains Managing Principal Stephen Voyle.
Katrina has extensive experience as a business leader across a variety of markets including digital, logistics and infrastructure within the built environment. Prior to Context, Katrina was the CEO/Head of Operations for NZ start-up Freighthub and the General Manager of Global Risk and Head of Global Strategic Programme Office at WSP Opus.
“Katrina’s an integral part of ensuring every aspect of the business is coordinated to offer streamlined, connected experiences for our clients across each touchpoint,” says Stephen.
The appointment signals another important milestone for Context, which has grown from a two-person team in 2003 to an 80-person practice operating nationally in the residential, retail, tourism and tourism sectors.
